The Tincup Civic Association was founded to promote the Community of Tincup, maintain the Town Hall built in 1903 and manage the Tincup Cemetery and Water Rights.  These Water Rights include the irrigation ditches that flow through Tincup.  It is illegal to change, disrupt or divert the water in any way.  Any changes to the irrigation ditches must have written approval from the Board.  All property owners of the original Townsite of Tincup are Members.
